Touchmark Values
We are a family-owned company driven by our commitment to excellence. Though our numbers have grown significantly, we haven’t forgotten the foundation upon which we began this endeavor. We have 15 values that we celebrate every day in our daily stand up meetings across the company. There are 13 values that apply to residents and team members, and there are two that are specific to team members:
